You may return most new, unopened items sold and delivered by Talk24.net within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Talk24.net will reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. You will need to e-mail us for a return merchandise advice and terms specific to your product.
